Profile: Proven experience in property management, The federal diploma of Property Manager is valued, Organized and rigorous, with a sense of responsibility and priorities, Customer-oriented vision, listening skills, and interpersonal skills, Good knowledge of the main responsibilities of properties: entry, preliminary, and exit, Management of defect notices and maintenance work, Planning and development while respecting schedules and budgets, Processing invoices related to work and maintenance, Follow-up with service providers, Management of claims, Technical advice and assistance to tenants and owners, Support to the Manager in all aspects.
