Hospitality HR Leader Growth & Culture Champion

Gourmet Food Parlour is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across our multi-site business in Ireland. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior managers, delivering practical advice on employee relations, employment law, recruitment and development.

You'll manage an HR team, oversee onboarding, performance reviews and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance and consistent people processes across GFP's restaurants, catering sites and offices.
