Property Litigation Solicitor - NQ-4 - Cambridge - £45,000-£60,000 DOE

A well-established law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team in Cambridge.

The role would suit an NQ Solicitor through to around 4 years' PQE with experience in housing management-related work, particularly residential landlord and tenant matters, and an interest in the practical and legal issues surrounding the management of housing.

You'll work across a varied contentious property caseload, acting for private individuals, landlords, tenants and larger organisations. Matters will include:

• Residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Adverse possession claims
• Restrictive covenants
• Nuisance and trespass disputes
• Dilapidations and property condition issues
• Complex property issues arising from residential and housing matters
