Home Manager - Woodend Care Home (Altrincham, WA14 4QU)

Full time, Permanent - 40 hours per week.

About the Role

Lead and inspire a multi disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalised care. Manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, oversee budgets and operating profit, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person centred care to residents and support their wellbeing.
• Lead a multi disciplinary team to deliver high quality care.
• Manage budgets, operating profit and identify business opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant areas.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships, including with Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
• Maintain professional registration with the regulator and be available for out of hours or evening working as required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification.
• Commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
• Strong continuous improvement focus.
• Effective communicator with confident and influential leadership style.
