Salary: £72,000 - £80,000

Hours: Full-time, permanent

Role Overview

• Lead and inspire a team of care staff and nurses.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in care quality and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification (preferred but not always essential).
• Proven experience in a management role within a care or nursing home.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices.
