Nursing Home Manager 
Location: Oxford
Salary: £72,000 - £80,000
Hours: Full-time, permanent

Role Overview- Lead and inspire a team of care staff and nurses.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in care quality and resident satisfaction.
- Registered Nurse qualification (preferred but not always essential).
- Proven experience in a management role within a care or nursing home.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices.
- £72,000 - £80,000 and performance-related bonus.
