For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Home Care Assistant (m/f). As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Providing personalized care according to needs; Managing a round of care independently within a limited geographical area; Ensuring traceability of care and essentials in the care of individuals; Participating in the needs of individuals to establish a precise care plan; Working as part of a multidisciplinary team; What we offer you: A reference structure specializing in home care, placing particular importance on care quality and proximity; Care rounds in a limited geographical area, by bike, car, or on foot; Continuous daytime, evening, or split shifts. To succeed in this position, you stand out with the following qualities and skills: You hold a nursing assistant diploma; You have at least 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant; You have successful first experience in home care; You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network; You are organized, flexible, and adaptable; You are comfortable with tools; You have personal transportation (a plus) or are comfortable biking; You are not afraid of managing an emergency independently, and you are in control of your emotions; You can demonstrate great ease and discretion; Your criminal record is clean.
