HLTA Opportunity - Coalville Primary School

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Pay: £105 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: As soon as possible

Are you a qualified HLTA looking for your next role in a supportive and vibrant school environment? Aspire People are proud to be working in partnership with a lovely primary school in Coalville that is looking to welcome an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to their team.

Responsibilities

• Stepping in to lead classes during teacher absence or PPA time
• Supporting individual and group learning activities
• Helping to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Assisting in the monitoring and assessment of pupils' development
• Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom

Qualifications

• A fully qualified HLTA (certificate required)
• Previous experience in a UK primary school setting is essential
• A confident communicator and classroom leader
• Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil success
