High-Rise Retrofit Project Manager - Bristol

Fortem, part of the Willmott Dixon Group, requires two Project Managers to oversee an accelerated retrofit and refurbishment programme on four high-rise blocks in central Bristol. Roles are permanent, Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30, with interviews asap and offers expected August/September.

Key duties include leading project teams, managing risks, and delivering high-quality capital retrofit works to agreed budgets and timescales, within live environments and with external façade works experience.
