HGV WORKSHOP CONTROLLER / LEAD MECHANIC

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading day-to-day workshop operations and repairs
Servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance of HGVs & trailers
Mentoring and training our apprentice to a high professional standard
Ensuring vehicles meet compliance and safety requirements
Keeping accurate service records and supporting efficient workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HGV mechanic/technician
Leadership qualities with pride in high standards of work
Strong diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor and motivate apprentices
HGV licence beneficial (not essential)
