HGV Class 2 Multi Drop Driver

Position: HGV Class 2 Day Driver
Location: Barnsley
Drivers Plus is actively seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Day Drivers for a contract in the Barnsley area.

Key Responsibilities:

Transporting made up kitchen components to new build sites. With 6 - 8 drops.

Hand ball involved dropping supplies to the designated delivery area. Tail lift work is also involved.

Follow planned routes to ensure timely deliveries.

Carrying out daily walkround checks, following WTD and Driver hour rules.

Downloading Tachograph card after every shift.

Shift Options:

Day work

06:00am starts

Monday to Friday

10 hour shifts

Compensation:

Competitive pay rates for PAYE drivers, ranging from £14.20 to £16 per hour.

Drivers Pay £1 pound a shift for insurance contribution

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 Licence

1 year of experience

CPC certification

Digital Tachograph Card

No major points or endorsements on driving record

Strong timekeeping skills

Excellent work ethic and team player mentality

Flexibility when required

Checkable work history
