HGV Class 2 Multi Drop Driver

Position: HGV Class 2 Day driver
Location: Bradford
Drivers Plus is actively seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for an ongoing contract in the Bradford area. This role will be ongoing for the right driver.

Key Responsibilities:

Palletised Multidrop, Around 20 drops can be more, Collections also.

Electric tail lift, pallets are 750kg per drop.

Shift will either being delivering in Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate, Wakefield or Huddersfield.

Nights out can be involved if you want them.

Follow planned routes to ensure timely deliveries.

Carrying out daily walkround checks, following WTD and Driver hour rules.

Downloading Tachograph card after every shift.

Shift Options:

Day work

07:30 starts

Finish at 18:30

Monday to Friday

12 hour shifts

Compensation:

Competitive pay rates for PAYE drivers, ranging from £16 per hour. (Holiday pay in the rate)

£27.50 per night out

Drivers Pay £1 pound a shift for insurance contribution

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 Licence

CPC certification

Digital Tachograph Card

No major points or endorsements on driving record

Strong timekeeping skills

Excellent work ethic and team player mentality

Flexibility when required

Checkable work history
