Healthcare Facilities Manager: Compliance & Maintenance

NHS is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead all facets of facilities and estates services across our organisation. You will ensure safe, compliant, and patient-focused environments to support high-quality healthcare. This includes managing hard and soft FM services, maintaining statutory compliance, and developing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management and strong skills in contractor management, communication, and financial oversight.
