The Domaine de La Gracieuse in Lonay is recruiting for its home care unit, a: Healthcare Assistant H/F, 50% to 90%, during the day. The main missions are: Accompanying the person in completing their daily activities, working with the nursing and medical team. Observing, evaluating, and documenting in their files their resources and needs. Ensuring the quality of care and support in their direct environment, proving teamwork skills. Participating in an interdisciplinary care approach. Desired qualifications: 120-hour healthcare assistant diploma or equivalent, proficiency in French (oral and written). Experience in a position in the field of elderly support.
