A well-established food manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager on a days-based role.

This position will take ownership of site health and safety, ensuring compliance with UK legislation while driving a positive safety culture across the operation.

Key responsibilities Lead and manage site health and safety systems and procedures Conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and internal standards Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Deliver health and safety training across the site Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement

Experience required Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or FMCG NEBOSH qualification or equivalent Strong working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
