Brasserie Constance is a Michelin Guide listed restaurant located on the banks of the Thames at Fulham Pier. With Culinary Director Adam Byatt overseeing the food offering, the restaurant celebrates seasonal British produce, classic brasserie dishes and friendly, knowledgeable service.

We are recruiting an experienced Head Waiter to support our front of house team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest. You will take ownership of your section, guide colleagues during service and ensure our high standards are maintained throughout.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, professional and welcoming service
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of an allocated section
• Support and motivate the waiting team during busy services
• Provide guests with confident menu and drinks recommendations
• Maintain strong knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
• Assist with training and developing new team members
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar and management teams
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared and presented to a high standard

About you:

• Previous experience in a Head Waiter or senior waiting position
• A passion for food, drink and outstanding hospitality
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• A calm and organised approach in a busy restaurant
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work five days over seven, including evenings and weekends
