Head of Strategy: Lead Growth & Transformation

The AA is seeking a Head of Strategy in the UK to shape long-term direction and drive strategic initiatives across high-value programmes. You'll work with the Group Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities and ensure actionable plans are delivered across functions.

In this leadership role, you'll combine strategy with delivery, using data and market insight to influence major commercial decisions and to build a high-performing Strategy team.
