In this framework, Clémence is offering a position for: Head of the socio-cultural service. Your missions: Development of socio-cultural programs: Develop and implement the socio-cultural policy for the long-stay sector. Guarantee alignment with the needs and wishes of residents through Individualized Support Projects (PIA), and the institutional project. Promote the maintenance of social ties, autonomy, and quality of life for residents. Develop a diverse and dynamic activity offering. Management and team supervision: Support and supervise the socio-cultural team. Conduct interviews and support the development of skills for interns and apprentices. Encourage an interdisciplinary team dynamic. Management and continuous improvement: Lead the management and budget of the sector. Contribute to reflection and evolution with proposals for the continuous improvement and prominence of the EMS: Develop external partnerships and strengthen ties with families. Contribute to the positioning of the socio-cultural sector within the organization and in research. Required: Degree X HES, or socio-cultural experience in companies. Confirmed driver's license B with at least three years of experience in socio-cultural support for the elderly and team management. Benevolent leadership, ability to unite, spirit, and willingness to work in interprofessional collaboration. Excellent management skills, effective prioritization, solution-oriented approach, proposals for improvements.
