eFlexes Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Head of Sales Operations on behalf of a leading employer based in Limerick.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial or sales operations professional to step into a senior leadership role where you'll have a real impact on business performance. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead the Sales Operations function, manage a small team, and work closely with senior management to drive sales performance, profitability, customer growth, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the Sales Operations team and support the wider sales function.
• Drive pricing strategy and profitability across the business.
• Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage sales reporting, forecasting, targets, and performance insights.
• Oversee customer segmentation, territory planning, and sales incentives.
• Work closely with senior leadership to improve sales processes and commercial performance.

About you

• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, and reporting tools to support business decisions.
• A track record of improving sales performance and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to lead a team while working strategically and hands on when needed.
