Intensive Family Intervention Worker

Somerset Council is seeking a Family Intervention Worker to provide intensive support to disabled children and their families in Yeovil. The role involves building strong relationships, developing tailored support plans, and coordinating multi agency support.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of child development and experience working with children, alongside strong communication and assessment skills. A flexible working model is available, with 28 days of annual leave offered (additional to bank holidays).
