Head of Sales & Growth - Bridging Finance

Aimee Willow Connex Limited is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and grow the loan completions business. You will drive sales performance, manage brokers, and align with underwriting and risk teams to scale monthly completions from £1.25m to £2.0m.

Responsibilities include developing a robust sales pipeline, leading a high-performance team, and steering strategy across geography and channels while ensuring governance and accurate forecasting.
