Job Description
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and establish key partnerships within the Events industry - specifically with venues.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights.
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage key client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Sales should have:
- A strong background in sales leadership, ideally within the Event Catering industry.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
