We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a growing residential developer and play a key role in helping customers find their new home.

As the face of the business on-site, you'll guide buyers through every stage of their journey - from first enquiry to handing over the keys. You'll promote and sell new homes, deliver engaging site and home tours, and provide a first-class customer experience that reflects our 5 service standards.

What you'll do:

• Generate and follow up sales leads across multiple channels.

• Build strong relationships with customers, supporting them through the purchase process.

• Deliver home demonstrations, site tours, and customer meetings.

• Work closely with construction and site teams to ensure smooth completions.

• Maintain accurate sales records and meet sales targets.

What we're looking for:

• Sales experience (property experience a bonus but not essential).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Target-driven, proactive and motivated.

• Organised and IT literate.
