Head of Retention & Lifecycle Growth

Bike Club is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Retention to build and lead our UK and Germany retention capability. You will own retention strategy, customer journeys and lifecycle performance across the member lifecycle, partnering with teams across Acquisition, Product, Customer Support and Finance to maximise value.

You will drive onboarding, engagement, referrals and win-back initiatives, working directly in Salesforce and Klaviyo, with a data-led, test-and-learn mindset.
