Job Description
Head of Repairs - West London 
£600 per day (Umbrella)
6-Month Ongoing Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Repairs to lead a high-performing repairs service for a respected organisation in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader with a strong background in housing repairs and maintenance to drive service improvements and ensure high-quality delivery across the board.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the repairs service ensuring performance targets are met
- Drive continuous improvement across operational teams
- Oversee budgets, compliance, and contractor performance
- Strengthen customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery
- Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear performance reporting
- Proven leadership experience within repairs & maintenance services (ideally in social housing)
- Strong commercial and contract management skills
- Track record of delivering improved performance and service standards
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Location: West London
- Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
- Rate: £600 per day (Umbrella)
