Job Description

As Head of Promotions, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of ticketed events, leading a team of senior, junior, and regional promoters to drive consistent revenue growth, audience expansion, and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Owning the long-term strategic vision for the business's event portfolio, ensuring each event is financially and creatively optimized.
  2. Developing and executing a multi-year event expansion strategy, identifying new markets, audience segments, and growth opportunities.
  3. Developing and leading dynamic pricing models, including tiered ticketing, VIP offerings, and loyalty programs.
  4. Owning P&L responsibility for the event portfolio, working closely with finance to manage budgets and revenue targets.
  5. Collaborating with brand partnerships and sponsorship teams to integrate sponsorship activations seamlessly into events.
  6. Leveraging industry relationships to secure long-term commercial partnerships, adding value beyond ticket sales.
  7. Managing a team of senior and regional promoters, setting clear performance goals, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
  1. Experience working at a major event promotion company or a leading independent promoter.
  2. A strong understanding of sponsorship integration and brand activations within live events.
  3. Experience in expanding event brands into new markets or launching new festival properties.
  4. Familiarity with global music trends, cultural movements, and emerging audience behaviors.
  5. Strategic leadership skills-balancing big-picture vision with day-to-day execution.
  6. Data-driven decision-making skills-using insights and analytics to optimize ticket sales and pricing models.
  7. Negotiation and influence skills-securing top-tier talent, venues, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  8. Market expansion and growth strategy understanding-scaling event brands across regions and audience segments.
