Head of Pre-Construction & Delivery Strategy

Primark Stores Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Pre-Construction to shape strategy and governance for its global store estate. You'll lead cost planning, feasibility and tendering, embedding a consistent pre-construction approach across new stores and major investments.

Working with Property, Finance and Operations, you'll drive cost certainty, risk management and a right first time delivery mindset, culminating in a strong, ongoing pipeline for Primark's growth.
