Head of People, Culture & Talent - UK & Ireland

pladis Foods Limited is seeking a strategic Head of Talent & Culture for UK&I to lead talent, learning and organisation effectiveness. You will shape regional strategy, build a multi-year talent roadmap and drive an inclusive, high-performance culture across the business.

You will partner with HRBPs, design leadership programmes, and own the talent lifecycle to ensure readiness for growth and change across the UK&I region.
