House Manager: Lead Caring Homes & Teams

PossAbilities is recruiting to oversee daily operations of supported houses, ensuring a safe, engaging and person-centred environment for residents. You'll lead house teams, recruit and develop staff, and deliver high-quality care aligned with best practice and safeguarding commitments.
