Job Description
Supertouch, based in Smethwick, West Midlands, is seeking a Head of Operations to own the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring on-time, accurate and safe fulfilment. You will lead a 18-strong warehouse team, manage Health & Safety and environmental policy, maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the Managing Director.
