Head of IT & Retail Transformation

Uniphar seeks a Head of IT - Retail Division for a full-time, permanent role based at Citywest Office, Ireland. You will lead IT within a major digital transformation spanning ERP, EPOS, and O365 Tenant consolidation, driving ITIL processes and vendor management to deliver value.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, set KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions that align with the divisional strategy and improve customer service and operations.
