The Role
They're seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven marketing leader to drive international growth across key markets. This pivotal role will lead marketing strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition for the in UK, US and APAC

You'll be joining a dynamic category, working with a globally recognised brand, and playing a key leadership role in shaping the international business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership
  • Own and lead marketing strategy and execution across UK, US and APAC.
  • Align plans with international business goals to drive growth
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI and profitability
  • Use customer insights and data to inform planning and product enhancements
Brand & Acquisition
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and conversion
  • Ensure brand consistency while tailoring strategies to local markets
  • Champion community engagement, partnerships, and brand leadership initiatives
Media Strategy
  • Provide thought leadership on full-funnel media planning
  • Manage media agency relationships and drive performance
  • Promote a culture of testing, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Inspire and develop high-performing local marketing teams
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders
  • Set clear OKRs aligned to international goals and communicate success effectively
You'll bring:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in consumer tech or E-commerce (B2C is essential)
  • Proven success in managing regional/multi-market strategies
  • Strong background in media and creative agency management
  • Experience with subscription-based business models preferred
  • P&L ownership and budget management experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-first mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organisation
