About Our Client

Page Group are working with an industry leading product distributor within the technical and industrial sector, who are now looking for a new Head of Inside Sales. Reporting into the Group MD, the role will be responsible for Managing, Internal Sales & Account Management, with responsibility for all commercial decision making within the business

Job Description

• Lead both the Internal Sales Department and Account Mangers to deliver against business wide objectives
• Create and deliver sales performance in line with group objectives and expectations
• Develop existing accounts to maximise revenue through strong relationship management and negotiation
• Identify new customers and opportunities in the market to increase revenue
• Create pricing matrix for existing customer to drive revenue performance
• Work with key stakeholders across the business to create a collaborative and aligned approach to customer

The Successful Applicant

• Experience leading a Sales or Commercial function
• Ability to demonstrate deliver of sales targets
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Ability to develop existing accounts
• Excellent communication skills

What's on Offer

Leeds based (on-site)
Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) plus personal and company bonus
