Requirements

• You will have substantial experience of working with children and young people, particularly vulnerable children and those with SEND.
• Have proven leadership skills in order to raise standards of achievement
• Degree Level Qualification / Qualified Teacher Status (QTS not essential)
• Excellent understanding of the SEN code of practice
• Able to work proactively to support parents and carers and the wider school community.
