- Can be a non-teaching/support staff pay scale without QTS
- You will have substantial experience of working with children and young people, particularly vulnerable children and those with SEND.
- Have proven leadership skills in order to raise standards of achievement
- Degree Level Qualification / Qualified Teacher Status (QTS not essential)
- Excellent understanding of the SEN code of practice
- Able to work proactively to support parents and carers and the wider school community.
