Head of Hospitality & VIP - Music

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hospitality and VIP specialist to join a leading live music and entertainment business!

As the Head of Hospitality and VIP, you will collaborate with delivery partner to oversee the design, execution, and commercial success of all VIP and hospitality packages across tours, shows and festivals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the long-term commercial strategy for VIP and hospitality across all tours, shows, and festivals
• Own the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and providing regular financial reports to senior leadership
• Identify and create new revenue opportunities, such as hotel/travel packages, brand partnerships, and corporate hospitality
• Benchmark the company's offerings against industry leaders in live entertainment, sport, and luxury hospitality to ensure a competitive, high-quality experience
• Lead the design of bespoke VIP and hospitality packages that cater to a variety of audiences, from individuals to corporate clients

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience in commercial strategy and driving revenue growth within luxury hospitality, VIP, or premium customer markets
• Proven success in developing and monetising high-end offerings and negotiating significant partnerships
• Strong financial skills, with a background in managing P&L
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships at senior and corporate levels
• A strategic mindset with strong leadership capabilities to manage and deliver through a team
