Head of Fleet- (National Role)OverviewThe Head of Fleet will lead Group-wide fleet strategy, deliver commercial efficiencies, standardise processes, and provide a central point of expertise across all operating companies. This role requires a strong fleet leader capable of influencing stakeholders, improving operational consistency, and driving measurable value.

• Build strong relationships with fleet owners across OpCos.
• Hold regular fleet meetings and act as the central point of contact.
• Develop a clear understanding of fleet distribution, suppliers, and processes.

• Map current vehicle, fuel, and insurance arrangements.
• Negotiate improved terms leveraging Group scale.
• Drive adoption of optimised commercial agreements across the business.

• Define and implement "the andwis way" of fleet management.
• Assess labour intensity and identify efficiency opportunities across fleet operations.

• Review existing fleet systems and assess scalability.
• Develop a business case for a Group-wide fleet tool.
• Lead rollout of the chosen solution across OpCos.

• Act as primary contact with Aon.
• Support renewal negotiations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Drive convergence towards Group insurance policies.
• Develop initiatives to reduce claims and improve driver behaviour.
