Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Define and deliver the Digital Engineering strategy in partnership with senior leadership
- Lead innovation in digital workflows, software, and emerging technologies
- Own the department's financial performance and contribute to long term business growth
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new opportunities and shape compelling solutions and proposals
- Lead tendering, negotiation, and pricing strategies
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing technical team
- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
- Support recruitment, development, and talent strategy within the department
- Promote best practice digital workflows across the business
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met and continuously improved
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across all projects
- A strong background in BIM, digital delivery, geospatial, civil engineering, or architecture
- Deep technical understanding of digital construction and engineering workflows
- Experience leading digital or technical teams and influencing multi disciplinary stakeholders
- Proven ability to coordinate innovation roadmaps, implement digital workflows, and champion best practice standards
- Commercial awareness with experience contributing to bids, proposals, or business development
