Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Digital Engineering strategy in partnership with senior leadership
• Lead innovation in digital workflows, software, and emerging technologies
• Own the department's financial performance and contribute to long term business growth
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Identify new opportunities and shape compelling solutions and proposals
• Lead tendering, negotiation, and pricing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing technical team
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
• Support recruitment, development, and talent strategy within the department
• Promote best practice digital workflows across the business
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met and continuously improved
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across all projects

Requirements

• A strong background in BIM, digital delivery, geospatial, civil engineering, or architecture
• Deep technical understanding of digital construction and engineering workflows
• Experience leading digital or technical teams and influencing multi disciplinary stakeholders
• Proven ability to coordinate innovation roadmaps, implement digital workflows, and champion best practice standards
• Commercial awareness with experience contributing to bids, proposals, or business development
