What We Are Looking ForBlack Rainbow is entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are seeking a hands on, commercially focused Head of Marketing (Demand Generation & Field Marketing) to build and lead our global demand engine. Reporting to the VP Sales, this leader will be accountable for creating predictable, scalable pipeline through integrated campaigns, account based marketing (ABM), and high impact events.
This is a player coach role for an ambitious marketing leader who combines strategic acumen with execution excellence. You will design and deliver marketing programmes that generate qualified opportunities across our UK and US, covering cross industry segments Federal, Law Enforcement, Public Sector and Corporate Markets. You will be responsible for building and managing a high performing team that includes Field Marketing leads in both the UK and North America, and a new SDR function aligned to Sales.
Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Field Marketing- Architect and execute integrated campaigns across ABM, digital, and event channels to drive qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline growth.
- Build and manage the global Field Marketing network, starting with the UK and recruiting a Field Marketing Lead in North America to replicate proven campaign models.
- Develop and implement a structured events strategy encompassing industry conferences, customer roundtables, and executive briefings to generate high value engagement.
- Lead and develop a team of SDRs responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting across Law Enforcement, Government, and Corporate segments.
- Ensure a seamless MQL SQL Opportunity hand off process, supported by clear metrics and reporting cadence with Sales.
- Partner with Sales to co own pipeline creation goals and define account based strategies that prioritise high potential segments.
- Collaborate with Product and Pre Sales to align value propositions, demo narratives, and event content to customer outcomes.
- Lead funnel reporting and performance reviews to maintain visibility on campaign ROI and SDR contribution.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach 2 SDRs developing playbooks, cadences, and performance metrics.
- Hire and onboard a Field Marketing Lead in North America to mirror UK execution and localise global campaigns.
- Create scalable frameworks for marketing performance management, campaign planning, and field execution.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure consistent, value led messaging across all customer facing materials.
- Support go to market campaigns for NIMBUS Forensic and launching Investigator into key markets.
- Leverage customer success stories and case studies to strengthen campaign impact and social proof.
- Oversee integration of Salesforce and other tools to ensure accurate attribution, lead scoring, and performance analytics.
- Track and optimise KPIs including Marketing sourced pipeline, MQL SQL conversion and event ROI.
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing, with strength in Demand Generation, ABM, and Field Marketing.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable pipeline growth in Public Sector and complex enterprise markets.
- Experience building and managing SDR functions and aligning tightly with Sales.
- Strong understanding of multi channel campaign design, event execution, and sales enablement.
- Hands on familiarity with Salesforce and campaign analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Marketing sourced pipeline contribution (£ value and % of total).
- MQL SQL conversion rate improvement.SDR productivity: meetings booked, SQL creation rate, pipeline coverage.

This is a pivotal role in shaping Black Rainbow's next stage of growth. You will transform marketing from a support function into a measurable, data driven revenue engine - establishing the foundation for future scaling, including regional Field Marketing teams. The success of this role will be measured by one outcome above all: growth in qualified, high quality pipeline that drives ARR.
