Marketing Operations Specialist - 2+ months (extendable) - ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the seasonal and seeding product-ordering process to support key shoots and earned media.
• Act as the operational link between Marketing, Branding, and key stakeholders.
• Support and optimize tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Train and support marketing teams involved in product ordering.
• Identify process improvements and propose data-driven optimizations.
• Ensure orders are placed on time and meet required stock levels.
• Collaborate with different marketing and branding teams

Required Skills & Profile:

• Strong stakeholder and operational management experience.
• Background in marketing, operations, branding.
• Clear communicator with strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Multinational experience is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Retail and Apparel is a plus.

• Duration: 2months +
• 40 hours per week
• 3 days a week in the office in Hilversum
