Are you an accomplished commercial property professional with Commercial Agency or Valuations focus ready to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a well established and highly respected property business seeking a Head of Commercial Property to lead and expand their commercial offering across the Midlands.

Based in Rugby, this is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, commercially driven individual to take ownership of a growing department, drive strategic growth, and play a key role in the future success of the business.

As Head of Commercial Property, you will provide leadership across multiple offices, overseeing a broad range of commercial agency, valuation, and professional services. This senior leadership role combines hands on client work with strategic business development, offering the chance to make a significant impact on both departmental performance and long term growth.

• Lead, inspire, and develop the commercial property team across multiple offices
• Drive fee income growth across agency, valuation, and professional services
• Win, retain, and strengthen key client relationships
• Develop and implement the strategic direction of the commercial department
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across the region
• Maintain relationships with major clients, lenders, and professional contacts
• Oversee complex instructions and high value transactions
• Support recruitment, mentoring, and professional development within the team
• Work closely with the partners to help shape the future direction of the business

We are keen to speak with experienced commercial property professionals who can demonstrate:

• MRICS qualification
• Significant experience within commercial property
• A proven track record in agency, valuation, or a combination of both
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness and a passion for business development
• An established network within the Midlands commercial property market
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
• The drive and ambition to grow a successful department
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
