Job Description
Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen at Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and develop seasonal menus. This role reports to the Director of Culinary and requires ensuring all standards and HACCP compliance.
Candidates should have at least 2 years as a head chef in a similar 5-star or Michelin-recommended setting, with strong leadership and budgeting abilities.
