Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their stylish country inn serving all fresh food based in the Oxfrordshire countryside. This is an opportunity for an existing Head Chef to take the next step in their career and join this successful business. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce where available from local suppliers. They want to be proud of the provenance of local produce and be passionate about the food they serve. You will serve a modern seasonal menu along with occasional parties. This is a role for a chef looking to work for an independent property and create a seasonal menu alongside daily specials. Its a great role for a Chef looking to relocate to a country location from city life or from a local chef seeking a real new challenge.

Head Chef - Salary & Benefits

• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal, local produce to prepare pub restaurant meals.
