This is a permanent role, offering a competitive starting salary £40,000, and you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional skills and lead multi outlet operations.

Due to rural location and limited public transport it is essential that you have your own means of transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the seamless execution of diverse menu offerings, from bustling café to lively bar and captivating events.
• Collaborate with a talented team to craft innovative and mouthwatering dishes that will delight our discerning guests.
• Elevate our events and weddings, catering to up to 120 covers, with the potential for even more with our state of the art marquee facilities.

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, with a strong track record of managing multi outlet operations.
• Exceptional skills in menu writing and development, particularly for event based dining experiences.
• Confident in leading a team and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Adept at managing events and weddings, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for up to 120 guests and possibly more.
• Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic hospitality setting with a well equipped, modern production kitchen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal culinary training or a recognised chef's qualification.
• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
