About the role

As an experienced chef, you will be responsible for making meals that our residents will look forward to every day. You will be expected to contribute towards the running of the kitchen including creating new and exciting menus and dishes for our residents to enjoy. The highest standards of food hygiene and professionalism in the kitchen are expected. Being a good listener is also important. Speaking with staff, residents and the home manager to ensure the direction of the food being created matches the desires and requirements of the home.

The skills you'll need

You'll prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals as and when required. You'll understand personal preferences and dietary requirements for individual residents. And from the basic hygiene standards to more complex ordering and storing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour
