Head Chef - Pub - Chichester £42k-£45kp/a (Live in)

We're looking for an experienced, passionate Head Chef to lead our friendly team at our busy, fresh-food pub/restaurant. If you take pride in delivering high-quality dishes, enjoy leading a fast-paced kitchen, and want a role with stability and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you!

£42,000-£45,000 per annum.

• Full-time, 5 days per week
• Approx. 45 hours per week
• Up to £5,000 per year in tips
• Full responsibility for kitchen operations, standards, and team leadership
• Fresh, quality food with a focus on consistency and presentation
• We serve up to 300 covers on busy summer days, so you'll need to thrive in a high-volume kitchen

• Proper home-not staff digs
• Located in central Chichester, around 6 miles from the pub
• £145 per week
• Convenient access to the pub, with travel support where possible
• Bus route available for easy commuting What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Experience working with fresh, seasonal food
  • Ability to manage busy services while maintaining quality
  • Organised, reliable, and passionate about food and team development
