Head Chef - Lead Seasonal, Nutritious Care Home Dining

Porthaven Care Homes in Maidstone is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy commercial kitchen in a care home setting. You will create seasonal menus, deliver home cooked meals with care, and guide your kitchen team to high standards.

Experience in a care home kitchen is a bonus but not essential; what matters is energy, passion, reliability and the ability to lead. NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery and Level 2 Food Hygiene are preferred or willingness to enrol.
