Head Chef - Fine-Dining Campus Restaurant Lead

Coleg Cambria in Yale is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our fine dining restaurant. In this role, you will ensure a high-quality dining experience while managing kitchen operations and team performance. You'll work closely with commercial and curriculum teams to enhance student experience in a real kitchen environment.

Essential requirements include NVQ Level 3 in Cookery, strong kitchen management skills and at least 3 years of kitchen experience. We encourage applications from all backgrounds.
