Vertas is looking for a dedicated Mobile Head of Kitchen to join our Catering team. Who are Vertas? About the Role: This is a mobile role covering school sites across Nottinghamshire , with travel required between locations. You will be working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 14:00, term time only, 39.2 weeks per year , earning £14.27 per hour . Mileage is paid for travel between sites.This role offers a great work life balance with daytime hours, Monday to Friday . You will support multiple kitchens, ensuring consistent food quality, safety, and service standards across all sites. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day to day running of school kitchens across multiple locations Preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals to pupils and staff Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met Supporting stock control and ordering Leading and supporting kitchen teams across different sites Who are we looking for?
